What we guarantee |
- Assistance for planning the Restaurant
- The training of the manager with the assistance of a local “school”

- Access to the agreements drawn up with the “OBBLIGATORY” suppliers
- Access to the agreements drawn up with the “RECOMMENDED” suppliers
- Assistance during the start-up phase (roughly 2 weeks)*

- corporate campaigns (according to Pastarito’s programs)

What we ask for |
- Duration of the contract: 3 years + 3 years renewal
- Investment: around €. 100/150 per sqm, for furniture, signs, small construction works (premises have previously been used for restaurant/pizzeria) – for other kind of activities, estimate/metric cost will be drafted
- Right of entry: YES - equal to 10.000 euro plus VAT
- Royalties: YES - monthly, equal to 3% of turnover excluding VAT, with a guaranteed annual minimum.
- Commitment to investing 2.5% of turnover excluding VAT in advertising (according to Pastarito’s programs)
