    140,000 vehicle transiting per week) with at least two windows on the street
  • Personnel required: 8-10 persons
 What we guarantee
  • Assistance for planning the Restaurant
  • The training of the manager with the assistance of a local “school”
  • The training of the operational staff with the assistance of a local “school”
  • Access to the agreements drawn up with the “OBBLIGATORY” suppliers
  • Access to the agreements drawn up with the “RECOMMENDED” suppliers
  • Assistance during the start-up phase (roughly 2 weeks)*
  • Quality control
  • Business support
  • Economic performance monitoring support
  • corporate campaigns (according to Pastarito’s programs)
  • study and development of menus and extra-menu campaigns
 What we ask for
  • Duration of the contract: 3 years + 3 years renewal
  • Investment: around €. 100/150 per sqm, for furniture, signs, small construction works (premises have previously been used for restaurant/pizzeria) – for other kind of activities, estimate/metric cost will be drafted
  • Right of entry: YES - equal to 10.000 euro plus VAT
  • Royalties: YES - monthly, equal to 3% of turnover excluding VAT, with a guaranteed annual minimum.
  • Commitment to investing 2.5% of turnover excluding VAT in advertising (according to Pastarito’s programs)
